Terms and Conditions - Therapy

Cancellation Policy

I will require 48 hours notice if you can’t make a session, or as soon as possible in exceptional circumstances. Please phone or message me on my mobile: 07903 015577. I will follow the same procedure if I need to cancel a session too. The full fee is payable if a session is missed without prior notice.

Please pay the agreed fee in advance or on the day of your appointment.

It is not okay to attend any sessions whilst under the influence of drink or drugs. This also applies to Qi Gong and Sound Therapy.

I prefer to be informed if you are prescribed any medication.

You may be asked about your current health and any contra-indications such as pregnancy, epilepsy, and implants. It is important that you are transparent about any of these conditions so that I can make considered choices with regard to how we proceed with our therapy together.

I generally don’t work with clients who are seeing another therapist. If you are seeing someone else, this is something that I would need to know about and discuss

Code of Ethics

I am a qualified and certified practitioner and follow a strict code of ethics with regular supervision for my practises to ensure wellbeing for myself and all of my clients.

Terms and Conditions for Sale of Clothing and any other items

All items must be clean and fresh and in excellent condition. Any condition issues should be discussed and rectified if possible.

I generally do not take shoes, trousers or skirts, unless in new condition or luxury label.

You are welcome to send me some photos of some your items for some advice before booking the service.

You will receive a listed receipt for all items taken away for online sale.

Your items for sale will be listed as soon as possible, but this may take up to four weeks. When the items have been listed you will be able to view them, their prices and their progress on my Ebay sales page. Please note, I research prices before items are listed. All items are regularly reviewed and subject to mark downs from time to time in order to get them sold for you. I will always endeavour to get the best price for my clients.

Any payments due to you from sales will be made in the first week of the following month ie., sales made in June will be paid in the first week of July by an agreed payment method, unless we agree otherwise.

Sales on clothing will be split between us on a 50/50 basis. Minimum final sale value must be £25 or more in order to receive 50% otherwise there is no fee due to you as I will need to cover my time and expenses.

My 50% covers the collection of items, research, pricing, listing, checking, cleaning and pressing when necessary, customer liaison, cost of packaging, packing, sending, fuel costs, and completing the purchase in a prompt and professional manner and any other business.

Any items unsold after 6 months will be returned to you in the condition they came in, or donated if agreed and instructed by you to do so.

I reserve the right to refuse clothing if I do not think it will sell for you.

Terms and Conditions - Retreats and Events

All bookings will be regarded as provisional until a signed copy of these Terms and Conditions has been received from the client, along with a non-refundable deposit for the required services as agreed.

A deposit of 50% of the total fee payable as quoted and agreed in the proposal of any event or programme shall be payable on confirmation of the order. The remaining 50% balance will be due at the end of the event.

Any additional expenses or fees resulting from any changes made by the client that have not been in the agreed proposal will be invoiced after the event and payment due by return.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction for the English courts.
