Angelic Reiki Sound Bath

Please join Alessia and Sally for a very special Christmas collaboration of sound and angel healing in the cherished space of Instow Village Hall.

We will being our session with a warm welcome and a light introduction to Angelic Reiki from Master Healer, Sally Norden before sharing a guided visualisation to settle the mind and open the heart. Gentle sounds, tones and vibrations will then fill the hall while Sally connects to her angelic guides, lifting spirits and clearing away old energies to make way for a peaceful season, whatever you have planned for December and beyond.

We will finish in a circle sharing a grazeboard of Christmas flavours together. Vegetarians and vegans catered for.
