Moonshine Retreat

Welcome to a candlelit evening of gentle movement and relaxation with the ancient health art of Qi Gong, helping to clear our busy minds as we connect with the movements of nature and drift into a space of peace and calm. Then we take a few steps further in to the Golden Temple with a soul washing Sound Bath accompanied by heart beats, singing bells and bowls and the occasional soothing poem and lullaby. We finish with a grazing board (V) washed down with Kombucha in a gentle closing circle. All welcome. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring some warm bedding for the bath.
