Trained with The Sound Healing Academy, my journey with sound healing began over a decade ago when I was being treated for trauma.  It rebalanced my nervous system, and so I, indebted, fell for it, drum, bowl and tingsha.

They say it will be the medicine of the future - working with sound, vibrations and energetics in the human biofield, and yet, I sometimes sense an echo of our ancestors through the ancient rhythms and beats.

This work is carried out with the deepest respect for the instruments and their power, working in small groups and one to one in safe, warm and sometimes interesting places that hold special energy.
